3.1 Agile36 offers training, certification courses, and consulting services in Agile, Scaled Agile, and related areas.
3.2 Services are provided online, in person, or as self-paced courses.
3.3 Agile36 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion without prior notice.

4. User Obligations

4.1 You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for any course or service.
4.2 You shall not use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
4.3 You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share Agile36’s proprietary materials without prior written consent.

5. Payments and Refunds

5.1 Payment Policy

  • Payment is required in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified in writing.

5.2 Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@agile36.com within 30 business days of the purchase date.

  • Refunds will exclude a $100 non-refundable processing fee.

  • Refunds do not apply to:

    • Purchases made under special pricing or discounts.

    • Purchases made through purchase orders.

  • Refunds will only be considered for services or courses that have not yet commenced.

5.3 Processing of Refunds

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 business days from the date of the refund request.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Agile36 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks.

5.4 Late Refund Requests

  • Refund requests made after the 30-business-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • If a refund is granted outside of this window, a $100 non-refundable processing fee will still apply.

5.5 Non-Refundable Services

  • Services that have already been rendered or courses that have started are non-refundable.

  • Micro-learning courses, self-paced courses, or digital products are non-refundable.

5.6 Rescheduling

  • Customers may reschedule their course or service to a later date at any time, regardless of the time elapsed since the original registration or purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content provided by Agile36, including course materials, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Agile36 LLC and is protected by copyright laws.
6.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Agile36’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

7.1 Agile36 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its website or services.
7.2 Agile36 makes no guarantees regarding outcomes or results from using its services.

Arbitration shall take place in Tampa, Florida, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
