REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Refunds:

1. Course Start Date:

   • Refunds are available for certification courses if the request for a refund is made more than 30 days before the course start date.

   • Micro credential courses are not eligible for refunds

   • No refunds will be issued for courses starting within 30 days of the refund request.

2. Discounts and Promotions:

   • Courses purchased with discounts or promotions are not eligible for refunds.

   • This policy applies regardless of the time frame of the refund request.

Rescheduling Options:

• If you need to change your course date, you may reschedule at any time without penalty. Please contact our support team to arrange a new date for your certification course.
